Remove the requirement for a user to provide an email address

Hi there,

For security purposes, I would like to limit the amount of data stored about my users.

In order to do this, I would like to remove the necessity for users to provide an email address on the registration page, and instead just create an account with a username and password. I am aware that I cannot effectively communicate with my users this way, but that is fine. Is it possible & if so, how would I go about accomplishing this modification?

Also, if I buy the theme through Themeforest, do I get subsequent updates at no extra charge?

Hi Turtle54,

Thanks for your interest in our product.

You can buy either of two places, you can get the same technical support and updates at no extra charge in the first year. Then, you can pay 50 % of it for the next year after the expired date. If you buy in themeforest, when go here for support, please insert purchase code from themeforest to upgrade yourself into customer status.

Then, Our technical supporter will give you a hand step by step for you to do the requirement above.

Can you confirm that this is possible before I buy?
