Payment failed, money deducted, order not made

This is basically what’s holding us back from launching our site. This is the core of the theme, we’ve already done the hot fix, please tell us how to fix this because if not, this can’t be used.

Please either 

  1. Give us a fix 
  2. Give us a timeline of a fix so we can decide whether this is workable for our schedule
  3. Inform us if this can’t be fix and give us a refund  

We don’t have anymore time to waste, we’re not the only ones with this issue and this is the core of the theme so this is honestly not ready to be sold.

I have this same issue, and unfortunately for us, we even launched with the first face and its very terrible.

we need to know when the next version is coming urgently this is costing us money.

So are other people having the same issue as me?

Money is deducted through the gateway but when you return to the site it says failed?

Ok so its not my developers fault then. Just a major issue?

Yeah, same issue. Money deducted, returns to a page that says ” failed” and order isn’t made either.

@ Ok, well im upset its a major fault but relieved my custom development isnt the issue then.

Did the hot fixes not work at all for you?

I hope there is a fix soon!

I have referred to that and a timeline wasn’t provided. Can we have a timeline? Are we talking a few days? A week? A month? Two months? Five months? 

Please explain what the refund process is as well. As much as we had liked your theme, if it does not do the basic functionality of creating order after payments are processed, what good is it ?

Regarding the fix bug mjob order. Our developers are working hard on this and Developer team confirm that this issue will be resolved and hotfix before September 10/2016.

Since in the next day, we are stop working to relax for our holiday so that is the reason why the time hotfix still to sep/10.
