MANAGE THE DISPUTATION

As an Admin sometimes you have to involve in a disputation. When the project hasn’t been completed and either the freelancer want to “Quit” or the employer can “Close” the project. They will have to explain the reason why.

 

In this case, when the employer post a project here’s you can see the status as “Open”

After the employer accept a bid from a freelancer the status will change to “Working”.

 

From that point either the employer or freelancer can choose to “Close” or “Discontinue” the project.

 

Then a pop up will appear in order to let you explain your reason of Closing/Discontinuing the project.

 

That’s when the admin will step in as a judge to give the final decision, you can refund the money to the employer or send the payment to freelancer.

 

When the admin finished choosing either to refund the money to the employer or send the payment to freelancer they can click on the “check” mark as resolved for the dispute.
