[Tips] Fastened the support process!

Hello everyone,

The purpose of this article is to help reduce both time and effort for a support case.

Regarding this, to help fastened the support process which is extremely necessary for customers we really need the cooperation from both sides. Apparently, customers can send screenshots, descriptions of bug but for more complex cases which  requires higher demonstration we encourage you to use

In case of any issues may be related to the host or plugin (crash, site down, etc.), you can use this tool to screencast and posts links.
